Segment 1: Game Plan

Cramer discussed economic and financial events occurring next week, and made comments on the following stocks:

KLA-Tencor (KLAC): Cramer is bullish on this stock.

Whirlpool (WHR): Cramer thinks they will report another weak quarter.

Tractor Supply (TSCO): Cramer expects a good quarter from this company.

Core Laboratories (CLB): Cramer said to take profits now and buy it back after their quarterly report on Wednesday because it usually sells off after they report.

Allergan (AGN): Cramer said that you should be ready to buy this stock after it reports on Thursday.

Cummins (CMI): Cramer said to take profits now because the stock is already high.

Dow Chemical (DOW): Cramer is bullish on this stock and would buy on any weakness.

American Axle (AXL): Cramer said this is a good speculative play on the auto sector.

Clorox (CLX): Cramer hopes this stock drops after it reports good numbers on Friday so you get a chance to buy shares in this well run company that regularly raised its dividend.

Cramer took phone calls on the following stocks:

Level 3 Communications (LVLT): Cramer said that he wants to see a couple good quarters from the company before he considers buying it.

Segment 2: Car Trouble

Cramer said that he thinks Ford Motor (F) made a mistake by overpromising and underdelivering rather than pre-announcing the weakness in Europe and Asia that hurt their previous quarter. He thinks the stock is going lower until the company gets expectations down to a level where it can beat them.

Segment 3: Breakthrough Medical Stocks, Part 5

Cramer has been recommending drug stocks all week because the good ones have high yields and are growing, and he recommended his favorite today, which is Sanofi-Aventis (SNY). He thinks the stock has been hurt by weakness in Europe even though the company doesn't do much business there, and he likes their 4.8% yield, thinks the Euro has bottomed, the company is taking steps to limit their exposure to generic drugs in the future by building brand loyalty, he likes their management, and he thinks the stock is going higher.

Segment 4: Lightning Round!

EQT (EQT): Cramer is bearish on this stock, and recommended Chevron (CVX) instead.

Heckmann (HEK): Cramer is bullish on this stock.

Autodesk (ADSK): cramer is bullish on this stock.

Hersha Hospitality (HT): Cramer is bullish on this stock.

Segment 5: Interview with Cypress Semiconductor (CY) CEO TJ Rodgers

Cramer said this company just reported a great quarter but weak guidance for the next quarter, so the stock got hammered. However, Cramer noticed that they were bullish beyond the next quarter, so he wanted to get more information about the company. He talked to the CEO and then said that he is bullish.

Segment 6: Am I Diversified?

Cramer reviewed the portfolios of callers, and made comments on the following stocks:

Cedar Fair (FUN): Cramer is bullish on this stock.

Bristol Myers Squibb (BMY): Cramer is bullish on this stock.

Avon Products (AVP): Cramer is worried about this company's dividend.

Whirlpool (WHR): Cramer is worried about their dividend as well.
