'Air Force'

TGI  (TRIUMPH GROUP INC)
Page 2

"... When you've got a fight between Boeing and Airbus, don't you need a co. that supplies both sides?  Don't you need Triumph Group (TGI)?!

These guys make lots of different parts for planes.  And they sell these parts to both Airbus and Boeing.  Then, after they sell this stuff, they also perform maintenance and repair work.  They're the largest independent co. that does auxiliary power unit for maintenance, for example.

The other day, TGI reported a spectacular qtr.  It shot up to about a 52-week high, to about $54.  Now, it's pulled back to 50 and change. ('mon-back sound)...

In bull markets, one of my rules is I like to buy stocks that are going to 52-week highs on an 8-10% pullback.  That's why I would use this point at my old hedge fund to start putting the money to work right here.

Remember, as I say repeatedly in perhaps the definitive guide, Jim Cramer's Real Money,  even after you do the homework on TGI, and like it, don't buy it all at once.  Start buying it here and be prepared for it to go lower, because this tape is making everyone nauseous.

The case for TGI is about more than its very strong business selling parts and maintenance to big airplane makers.  Even though TGI is already on the acquisition trail itself, I've got to tell you, I think this is like a serious takeover target for Boeing (BA)!

Yeah, there's lots of pin action in this group.  BA has said that it wants to own more service co.s.

Now, remember, before you poo-poo this idea, you should think back to Aviall (AVL).  Remember, in August, when it was a little below $33?  I came to you and said to buy it.

And just a couple of weeks ago, they got a big bid from BA.  The stock's at $47 - I rock!

Look!  TGI does maintenance just like AVL.  In a couple of months, when people are sick of getting smacked around in tech - when they realize what a bow-wow some of these tech stocks are, I think they're going to be selling their DELL and their INTC, and buying stocks like TGI - aerospace stocks that have been working.

I don't want you to run with the herd, okay?  I think you get into TGI before everybody else starts figuring out that aerospace is one of a handful of incredibly powerful bull markets now.

The bottom line!:
I gave you a steel co.  I gave you a power co.  Now I'm giving aerospace!  TGI!
