ADM
(ARCHER DANIELS MDLND)
'King Corn'
"Tomorrow,
Archer Daniels Midland will report. Regardless of what ADM reports, I
think it will sell off.
If you waited a day after any of these (sell off) stocks reported, you
would have found a really great entry point.
I think the same exact thing will happen with ADM!
Let them report. Let them be taken to the wood shed. And then buy the
stock when it's cheap.
There are three reasons to buy ADM after a pullback:
1. Protectionism can make you money. The U.S. has a 50 cent tariff on
Brazilian ethanol. We need that ethanol, but our govt has no plans to
waive that tariff.
2. Nobody can mess with this co. Only ADM has the capacity to make
ethanol in any size that makes them important. Nobody wants to cross
ADM.
3. Patricia Woertz has been named president and CEO. In a stroke of
pure genius, ADM picked Patricia Woertz as their new CEO. What Cramer
likes is that they picked her from big oil - Exxon Mobil. Right now,
ADM is disliked by all oil cos, bar none. But they need to persuade
them to put ethanol pumps at their gas stations. They need a friend
there. They need to persuade the auto co.s to put flex engines in their
cars. Only an oil executive can pull this off, and that's why Patricia
Woertz was the perfect choice.
The bottom line!: I think
you wait
until ADM gets beat up when they ring the register, and then you pounce
on this great, great stock! "
