'Best Five'
There
is a sale going on now. Cramer recommends that we act like
vultures and
profit off the remains. Cramer
looked to the Dow and the S&P 500,
found the bottom 1/5 of these stocks, then picked out the companies
that just reported strong numbers. (Pretty simple, huh?) Then
you
could rest well that nothing to do with the company itself caused the
stock to drop. With these picks, create a diversified
portfolio.
His picks:
FCX
(FREEPORT MCMORAN
B) - Down 22%.
HAL
(HALLIBURTON
CO) - Infrastructure play (Cramer's charitable trust owns this
one).
JPM
(JP MORGAN CHASE
CO) - Best bank in the DOW, down 7%.
TLAB
(TELLABS,
INC. )
- Best telco
and tech, down 13%.
BA
(BOEING CO) - Down
7%, up 2% (as of yesterday). But on any decline, he added, it
is a buy.
