'Warehouse Winners'

#3 -
COST  (COSTCO WHOLESALE CORPORATION )

"I am convinced that COST is the cheapest and best run of all the big warehouse stores.

COST's not just happy with their current lineup; they're also branching out into electronics.  They should be able to make a lot of money there.  Because, with a Costco membership, you never need to buy a warranty!

You know, Costco's also kind of got this 'reverse Chic' thing going - Walmart's never going to have that.  What do I mean?  Take a look at your Costco parking lot... yeah, you see it.  You've got the Benz crowd - the Lexus - a lot of Bimmers... this is supposed to be a cheap discount warehouse.  It's full of rich people!

Sure, they pay their employees high wages, but maybe you don't need to pay your employees terrible wages to prosper."

#4 -
MW  (THE MENS WEARHOUS)

"I know, we joke that we can't take this stock seriously... you know what?  Their wrong.  They keep rolling out concept after concept.  When Men's Warehouse saturates, they've got Moore's, which is still growing.  Moore's start maturing?  They roll out K&G to keep up their growth.

I think MW, though managed like a mom and pop store, may be the most creative of all the national chains that Cramer follows!

The bottom line!:  You take a look at COST, and you take a gander at MW, if you want to try to make some retail mad money!"
