Mad Mail, Jim Cramer takes questions from the viewers

Question:  How do you find out what companies are involved in the industry and, as you say many times, the companies that supply them?

Cramer :  Actually, what's really helpful for me is the S&P list, which you can get from McGraw Hill, and you can work backward from that; Wall Street research, which is much maligned, including on this show, gives you a lot of that kind of exposure and, don't forget, once again, Google.  Oh, and thestreet.com  is a pretty good index

Question:  What is a good source of research to locate these companies that are doing business in a certain industry?

Cramer :  I got it Googling it.
